Service Point is an official authorized service center of Samsung for Bulgaria. We have two physical locations located in Serdika Center and Sofia Ring Mall. Both services are located in the stores of Samsung Experience Store Bulgaria. This is the place where if you bring your device in for repair, it will be ready within 1 hour* – enough time to enjoy a delicious lunch or a quick stroll around the shops at the outlets.
Service Point has one of the most advanced mobile device repair techniques and works exclusively and only according to Samsung’s strict requirements. For all repairs carried out in the service center, only original parts are used. Every product repaired at the Service Point meets the quality standard set by Samsung.
At Service Point, you can repair all models of Samsung mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, smartwatches and headphones, regardless of where they were purchased. In our authorized service center, we accept for repair Samsung devices purchased from retail chains, mobile operators and online stores. It is not necessary that the devices were purchased on the territory of Bulgaria – all Samsung devices purchased within the European Union and the United Kingdom can be repaired under warranty or out of warranty at the Service Point. The only condition for a successful repair is that the device is original.
All specialists in our service center are highly qualified professionals, ready to help you 7 days a week, from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. In addition to the two service locations, you have the option of bringing your Samsung devices for repair. You can also leave them at some of the other Samsung Experience Store Bulgaria stores, from where the employees will forward them for service at the Service Point. Immediately after receiving your device for repair, our staff will inform you by phone.
*Repair within 1 hour is only possible if the device is left at the Service Point and if the necessary part is available in the service center.
