Repair Request
- IMPORTANT! In the period 12/22/2025 - 01/05/2026, 1 hour repairs will not be carried out!
We will repair your device in three easy steps
- Fill out the form and submit your request.
- Our employee will contact you and provide you with information about the price and time frame for repairing your device. Expect a call from Monday to Friday, between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.
- If you agree to have the repair carried out, then you can send your device from anywhere in Bulgaria and pay for the repair online by card or cash on delivery.
Prepare Your Device
- Activate Maintenance Mode before sending your device to our service center by following these steps. (If your device is running Android 13 or newer)
- Back up your data stored on the device using Samsung's free Smart Switch application. Please do not reset the device to factory settings so that our specialists can read the memory for errors. Instead, we recommend that you only delete your personal accounts (Google account, Samsung account, etc.), as well as any personal data from the device that you consider sensitive.
- Deactivate your (PIN code/Pattern/Password) by following these steps (Settings -> Lock screen > Screen lock type > None).
- Remove accessories such as protective cases and screen protectors. Screen protectors that are not removed by the customer will be removed during repair.
